StorageTek offers four comprehensive levels of support for its hardware products through its TekCare™ services. All plans provide access to the Customer Resource Center web site, which provides technical information, FAQs, product updates and documentation, access to engineering changes, and 24x7x365 toll-free telephone support. With more than 30 years of experience in selling, installing and supporting storage solutions, StorageTek employs best practices to provide a positive support experience.

Features Top

Elite Support
Same-day, onsite support 24x7x365 with a two-hour target response time. Includes spare parts replacement at no additional charge.

Select Support
Same-day, onsite support between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized holidays, with a four-hour target response time. Includes spare parts replacement at no additional charge.

Next Day Support
Next business day onsite support between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized holidays. Includes spare parts replacement at no additional charge.

Interactive Support
Low-cost telephone and Web support for non-critical equipment with the option to upgrade to a higher level of service. Supplement the skills of your staff with access to technical information and assistance from StorageTek’s Remote Resolution Center and Customer Resource Center Web site. Plus, StorageTek will ship replacement parts to your location.

Terms and Conditions
Elite, Select, and Next Day plans require equipment within a StorageTek product line to be maintained with the same level support offering at a site. Target response times apply to sites located within 50 miles of a StorageTek service facility. If your site is located more than 50 miles from a StorageTek service facility, arrival time will be as timely as possible and a surcharge may apply. In addition, the Elite, Select and Next Day plans include spare parts replacement at no additional charge.
