StorageTek’s Customer Resource Center (CRC), is a quick and easy resource for finding information, downloading patches, registering products, and more. Customers with TekCare™ services receive login identification to the CRC.

Software keys
Request software license keys/codes to enable your StorageTek software products.

Emergency software keys/codes
Download software license keys/codes after normal business hours (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM MST) to enable StorageTek software products. These keys are good for seven (7) days.

Software enhancements
Licensed software customers can order new software product shipments, upgrades and associated maintenance updates.

Software level upgrades
Order software level upgrades at no charge.

Email updates
Subscribe to an email update service and receive information outlining how to fix or avoid software issues.


User group Top

StorageTek Large Tape Users Group (LTUG) provides a forum for very large users of StorageTek robotics tape silos to discuss common concerns and issues related to running their data centers. The group strives to provide an environment where members feel comfortable sharing with each other and StorageTek management.
