StorageTek offers multiple BlackBerry programs to fit the needs of different users (Corporate Blackberry users, which includes Sales or Karbon BlackBerry users which includes Global Services).  Corporate and Sales BlackBerry users should reference the Corporate BlackBerry Training section below, which provides information on how to request a Corporate BlackBerry, how to get support, as well as training related specifically to the functionality that is available on the Corporate BlackBerrys.  If you're in the Service organization you may have received your BlackBerry from Karbon Systems, therefore refer to the appropriate section below for information on support.  GS BlackBerry users may reference the user guides below if it matches your BlackBerry model number.
