This is a highly professional group made up of project managers, specialists, and engineers. This group is focused on providing professional project management, tool support, EPE (External Product Evaluation, formerly known as beta) testing and product showcasing, product assessments, capacity planning, performance testing and business continuity planning for StorageTek.

The objectives of this group are to provide:
- Project management coordination and expertise for infrastructure projects
- Business group alliances by performing preliminary customer assessments on StorageTek products
- EPE testing on StorageTek products and participation as the first customer ship on new products
- White papers, reports and comparative analysis for StorageTek products
- Visibility to the corporate computing centers and how StorageTek IT uses
StorageTek products for our own business solutions
- Global business continuity/disaster recovery coordination and planning
- Capacity planning, performance tuning and storage management for the production and engineering computing centers
- Application performance analysis. Infrastructure tools architecture, deployment and support.
