Hubei Mobile provides mobile voice, data, IP phone, multimedia transmission and many other value-added services. It uses BOSS (Business Operation Support System) to handle several of its core business needs. BOSS integrates three basic business systems -- billing, operations and customer service -- and integrates operation and management by streamlining the data flow, reducing redundancy and offering efficient resource sharing. With more than five million users, Hubei Mobile's existing systems can no longer meet its business demands.
